Head to Petit Cru for a wine tasting of Kolby Winery, one of the top wineries in South Moravia.

Kolby was founded in 1997 by Oldřich Drápal. On an area of ​​almost 40 hectares grown 9 white and 3 blue varieties. The flagship of the winery is Riesling and Welschriesling, and Burgundy varieties including Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay.

Their winemaking combines modern methods with traditional methods. For best results, they apply manual collection, gentle pressing and filtration, peel maceration, maturation on fine sludge, etc.
