Virtual Wine Tasting with Vinařství Bystřický

This past Friday evening, I had the pleasure of chatting with Anna Holásková of Vinařství Bystřický, a small family winery farming 1.5 hectares in Bořetice. Led by winemaker Vojta Bystřický, Anna and Vojta farm their vines in organic production, and are transitioning to biodynamic viticulture. They produce approximately 6,000 bottles a year, so this is truly small batch wine!

We sampled through their Red Velvet Box, which included the Zweigelt 2018, Cabernet Moravia 2018, Cuvée Kopce 2018, Dornfelder 2018, Cabernet Sauvignon 2017, and Cabernet Moravia 2017.

The video includes the timing that we opened each wine bottle, so please head to the details on YouTube to learn about each wine.
