Wine Tasting Classes

Wine classes include a 90-minute, guided, structured tasting, and an in-depth, regional history of both the terroir and winemaker.

Detailed class topics focus on contrasting wine regions and grape varietals, food pairings, winemaking techniques, or selecting wine at a restaurant or wine shop.

As someone who often presents wine tastings myself, I admire the way Arielle expresses her passion for wine and respect the amount of time and effort she puts into researching the wines, regions and varieties that she is presenting.
— Mike Mazey, Winemaker and Author of "Wine Words"
Arielle is a gifted pro, both as an educator and as a wine expert. I especially admire her creativity in developing informal, yet accessible classes that venture off the beaten path and expose students to new wines, new flavors, and new opportunities for exploring the huge universe of wine culture.
— Linda Lapp, Raleigh N.C.
Arielle has immediately discovered the wonders of local wines. Her approachable and engaging English-language classes introduce regional wines to participants from all backgrounds (novice to professional oenologist), and leave us all wanting to know – and taste – more.
— Jeffrey Clark Nekola, Associate Professor Department of Botany & Zoology at Masaryk University, Brno CZ
